You are placing a deposit for a specific spot on a litter, the only time that that can change is if I decide that the puppy you want will not fit in with your lifestyle or household. I reserve the right to tell you that you cannot have one of my puppies.
Picking will be done at 8 weeks when they are ready to go home. Visitation starts at 6 weeks once they have had their first vet check an and first set of shots. I ask that you do not bring anyone that does not live in your household when you come to visit the puppies due to the increased risk of bringing an infectious disease into my home. Puppies are vaccinated at 6 and 8 weeks with 5-way puppy vaccinations that cover Parvovirus, Distemper, Adenovirus, Hepatitis, and Parainfluenza. The puppies, however, are not safe from these diseases until they have had 3-5 rounds of vaccinations up until they are 16 weeks old, so I have to take extra precautions to avoid illness.
Worms and parasites are also a part of our protocol, we start the deworming process at 3 weeks old and it continues until they are 8 weeks old and ready to go home. We use Nemex-2 until they are 6 weeks old then we switch to Panacur for 3 days. We recommend always doing a fecal exam with your vet to check for any additional parasites and worms that are not covered in our deworming schedule. We try to keep puppies from picking up anything that will lead to infection but it is not always possible. You have to understand and keep in mind that your puppy’s parents are active working hunting dogs, they are used to hunt wild birds and small game throughout the year and it is possible and likely that they can carry home all sorts of parasites. So bottom line, test and treat for anything that is there.
Our health guarantee is pretty simple, 2-year guarantee against anything that is genetic that affects the quality of life (Cardiac, Hips, Elbows, Eyes, VWd, Cone Degeneration, and anything else with a genetic test). You may get a replacement puppy. We do not breed dogs with any genetic defects but it does not mean that something cannot come up. Unfortunately, I am not god and cannot prevent mutations and other issues that may affect any dog. We are very proud of the dogs that we produce and would never breed a litter/pup that we would not own ourselves.
Some litters are not located here in West Covina, 2-3 litters a year are posted on my site because they are out of my males or out of my breeding but owned by a partner kennel. I will be posting the location of the litter in the headline as well as the name of the breeder. These puppies that are not bred by me but are posted to my site are still sold under my contract and guarantee.

How to buy a GPN Gun Dog:
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SCREEN ALL BUYERS and deny you at any point in the process. I am far from a pet breeder, if you cannot handle honesty then I am the wrong breeder for you. I do not care about color preference, also if a puppy will not fit in with you or your lifestyle I will not put the puppy in your home.
